About Us
Growth
As his business grew, his three sons, Joshua, Jared, and Jonathan worked alongside him after school & on weekends. Upon Graduation from Oliver Wolcott Techincal Regional Vocational School Michael's Middle son, Jared went to work full time in the family business. This allowed the business to expand into a full time service excavating & trucking business.
1997
M.E. Carroll & Sons LLC was formed making Michael and Jared owner-operators of the company. In 2002 Michael finally retired from his full time job, allowing him to focus on the company. M.E. Carroll & Sons LLC has vastly expanded its equipment and fleet and continued to grow with a third generation of sons well on their way.
2017
Joshua Carroll, Michael's oldest son came to work for the business full time. Michael, founder of M. E. Carroll & Sons LLC, passed away in February 2018.
Pride
At M.E. Carroll & Sons LLC we take great pride in offering a hands on approach. If you Hire us for your project, a family member will be on your project to see it through to completion. From tree removal, through excavation, to final landscaping, all work is done in house with very little or no subcontracting.
